New Delhi, Feb 8: The Indian Navy Chiefs’ Conclave 2025 was held at Naval Headquarters, New Delhi, bringing together eight former Naval Chiefs to discuss the future of India’s maritime power.

The event focused on learning from the experiences of past leaders while planning for the future. The former Chiefs were given an update on new policies, technologies, and operational advancements at the newly built Nausena Bhawan.

A special session called "Manthan" was held to discuss important issues like global security challenges, modern warfare, and human resource management in the Navy. This session encouraged an open exchange of ideas to strengthen India’s naval power.

A book titled “Legacy of Leadership: Naval Chiefs Through Time” was also released during the conclave. It highlights the journeys of past Navy Chiefs with personal stories, rare photographs, and firsthand accounts, making it a collector’s edition.

The current Chief of Naval Staff (CNS) assured that the Indian Navy remains dedicated to protecting the nation’s maritime interests. “We are committed to carrying forward your legacy and will safeguard India’s seas—anytime, anywhere, anyhow,” he said.



The conclave reaffirmed the Navy’s goal of combining past wisdom with modern strategies to strengthen India’s presence in the Indo-Pacific region.
